Welcome to iWorka. By downloading, accessing, or using the iWorka mobile application or website (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

iWorka is a job-posting and work-sourcing platform that connects customers seeking services with independent workers who offer those services. iWorka operates as a marketplace and facilitator only.

Key point: iWorka is not an employer, employment agency, or labour broker. We do not employ, manage, supervise, or control any worker on the Platform. All workers are independent service providers.

Important: To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, iWorka shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

iWorka's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to iWorka in the 12 months preceding the claim.
