iWorka Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

All users: name, email, phone, account type, role. Workers: ID number and documents, selfie, address, next-of-kin, skills, bank details for payouts.

2. How we use it

Accounts, bookings, chat, Paystack payments (10% fee and R99 Featured), iWorka account credit on cancellations/disputes, CheckID SA ID checks, email and push notifications.

3. Payments at launch

Cash to worker on the day; iWorka collects only the service fee via Paystack. Future full in-app payment requires verified worker bank details; PayShap payouts planned.

4. Sharing

Paystack, CheckID, Firebase, Sentry, other users (public profiles), regulators or police when required by law.

5. Security & POPIA

HTTPS, hashed passwords. You may access, correct, or delete your data via notify@iworka.co.za.
