Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can delete your iWorka account and all associated data at any time using the methods below.

Option 1: Delete from the App

Open iWorka

Launch the iWorka app on your device.

Go to Profile

Tap the profile icon or navigate to your account settings.

Select "Delete Account"

Scroll down and tap "Delete Account". You'll be asked to confirm.

Confirm Deletion

Confirm and your account will be permanently deleted.

Option 2: Request via Email

If you can't access the app, send an email to us and we'll process your deletion request within 5 business days.

Send your request to:

Include your registered email address and full name.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose all your data, bookings, reviews, and subscription access. If you have an active subscription, it will not be refunded.
